The new Woodlands Skatepark in St. Albert is a modern reflection on the history of the site and evolution of the local skateboarding community.

Situated on the site of the old skatepark which had reached the end of its lifespan, the new park utilizes the existing topography and recycles the old concrete into base material for the new.  Featuring a new pool bowl, an expansive flow bowl with a mix of new features to the region, intermediate street plaza features, and custom color, texture and recycled brickwork.
