When initial plans and budgets weren’t working out, a new approach was taken to build on a challenging island site in the Gulf of Mexico.
Despite a site a few feet above sea level, engineered drainage and grading solutions were developed to allow for an enclosed flow bowl along, with an open and accessible plaza. Unique, blended surf-style features were incorporated for creative transition riding, while friendly street elements and the beginner/intermediate flow bowl make this a great space for all levels, locals and travelers alike.
